Engineering Estimator & Production Supervisor - Adelaide

Pipetech Pty Ltd is a South Australian based company specialising in the design and manufacture of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and associated equipment for the oil and gas and mining sectors. Due to substantial growth in demand for their highly specialized products, from both national and multinational companies, they are now looking to recruit two key positions to facilitate company expansion.
ENGINEERING ESTIMATOR
Working closely with the Tenders and Contracts Manager, this role will see you responsible for completing accurate and timely estimations. Estimates will include, material take off and labour quotes - to a degree of accuracy that will ensure a successful and accurate tendering process.
Suitable applicants will be tertiary qualified in engineering or alternatively have a strong trade background in a related field. Previous experience in engineering estimation is essential and ideally you will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of processes involved in the manufacture of high end pressure vessels.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Reporting to the Production and Operations managers at the Burton workshop, the key aspects of this role will be to take on the responsibility for the day-to-day workshop supervision of all trades staff, assist in the ongoing recruitment and will incorporate safety and quality assurance and provide innovative solutions to maximise production efficiencies.
Suitable applicants will have an extensive boilermaker/welding trades background and have obtained Welding Supervision Certification. Furthermore, you must be a true team player while also being able to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.
